COMMUNITIES

    In addition to delivering state funds through one set of loan documents, MassDocs is set up so that cities and communities can opt to deliver local funds through the same single set of loan documents. These local funds could include Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds, federal HOME funds and/or other local sources, like funds from the Community Preservation Act. Cities and consortiums that have agreed to use MassDocs Include:
